Playsuit playdate...

So yeah, I'm supposed to be doing something productive but erm yeah....i'm not - i'm blogging instead!

 I've been looking for a playsuit for the longest time. I finally found this little cutie which is my favourite colour (floral). 

I think you'll agree it aint too shabby for a Matalan purchase. Only problem is my *cough* budunk-a-dunk *cough* that is, my rather ample derriere makes it rather snug shall we say and a trial run in the daytime caused quite a stir amongst the unsuspecting residents of my London Borough....

I shall be keeping this one for night-time occasions and wearing with tights me-thinks.

These are my foraging in the forest pictures. Bear in mind I live in London the closest I get to ACTUAL forest is the basil pot-plant that my flatmate is trying (and failing) to grow so no judgment please on the lack of 'foresty' looking foliage in the background!

Guess who's back.....back again?

So it's been like forever right?

Well, forever resulted in:

1 fantastic holiday
1 new afro-chicy hairstyle
2 major sibling fights
2 pineapple and watermelon fruit medleys
3 mosquito bites (ON THE FACE - the little blighters)
3 different states
3 badass women that reminded me where I get my 'fly' genes from - shout outs to Grandma!
5 tubers of yam ingested (AT LEAST)
22 'official' cousins and several extras
300 over excited family photos - some of which I may show to you guys (if you're nice to me)

And a cornucopia of wondrous memories- wish I was back (sad face) but the lack of internet connection that comes with rural life would mean I would never get to see you guys...and we can't have that can we!!!

Thankfully the Naij/London transition hasn't been too shabby, I clearly brought the sun back with me which means only one thing......FLORALS!!!!!

So long, farewell, auf wiedersehn, adieu....

GUYS! 

Firstly I would like to say "hey, hey hey" to all of my new followers. At the same time I have to say 'so long' to you guys all in one day. I know right? Although it will only be for a short time. I am off on my hols, to see the fam, hang around, eat mango and generally do cool things! I'm off to the Motherland! 

Super excited! Before I go though...how amazing has the weather been?

I bought an ice-lolly AND wore a vest top. And 'made' pair of lilac denim shorts. 

It was like I was on Sunset Beach....who remembers Sunset Beach..(i fancied Cole)

Out we go!

As you guys never see me in any going out outfits mainly because I never go anywhere  am such a studious student who studies all the time, I thought I would share . I was finally let loose and went out for a friend's dinner to celebrate the Persian New Year. Yummy food and lovely company makes me a happy bunny.

I REALLY tried to wear an all black outfit and leave the house, somehow a bright yellow clutch and coral platforms crept into the look.

P.s. leather look leggings will ALWAYS cause a stir. Wear with caution and/or a long top.
